Greek Pasta Salad

Simple Greek salad with the addition of noodles makes a more filling dish.

1 package of Kamut noodles
4 roma tomatoes
1 large long English cucumber
1/2 sweet red pepper
1/2 red onion
juice from 1/2 lemon
1/4 c olive oil
1 c crumbled goat feta
sea salt and pepper to taste
black olives

Wash and chop veggies. Boil noodles in large pot and drain. Crumble feta. Drizzle with lemon, oil, and mix in feta and veggies. Season generously with salt and pepper.
